Beginning September 18th, the block from N. Pearl Street to Franklin Street will be open for business traffic and parking on both sides of the street. A road closed at Franklin Street sign will still be placed because Allen street will dead end at Franklin Street.
The Franklin Street intersection with Allen Street is still closed and all restrictions associated with the closure still apply. Schedules are subject to change and will be updated accordingly.
