On the morning of April 10, 2019, Irving Place will be temporarily converted from one-way southbound to one-way northbound.
The block on Allen Street from Irving Place to Delaware Avenue will be closed to vehicular travel (allowing local traffic only within the block) starting at approximately Noon on April 10, 2019. All businesses are anticipated to remain open and pedestrian access will be maintained.
The closure is expected to last three days. Schedules are subject to change and will be updated accordingly.
