Allen Street and Franklin Street are both completely opened to traffic. Stop signs are being used at Franklin Street until the signal poles are installed.
Remaining activities for this construction season include Traffic Signal Poles at the Franklin Street Intersection, signage, striping, and various other cleanup activities. Schedules are subject to change and will be updated accordingly.
