The block from Franklin Street to Virginia Place will be closed to vehicular traffic continuing the water line replacement. There will be access to Virginia Place by using Delaware Avenue to turn onto Allen Street.
The block closure will then shift from Virginia Place to Delaware Avenue as the water line work progresses, and Virginia Place will be accessed using Franklin Street to turn onto Allen Street.
At the same time as the water line work mentioned above, the block closure from Main Street to N. Pearl Street will remain in place to continue additional utility work.
During this time, N. Pearl Street will remain open one-way southbound and Franklin Street will remain open one-way northbound. All businesses will remain open during construction and pedestrian access via sidewalks will be available.
